Hi all,
just registered on my first ever forum - was obviously waiting for the invention of a quality site such as this!
Been coming to polzeath twice a year for a few now but had my first surf lesson with SU in august and now i'm hooked! I was very rubbish - almost stood up (lame i know) but can't wait to get back on a Swelly and practice! I live on the south coast but its flat as a pancake here...... cant wait for next lot of time off work.
long may SU prosper!

none whatsoever.
lots of kitesurfers down my way though - its fun to watch them try and get out of their harnesses while being blown halfway across the (very stony) beach!

Where abouts on the South Coast do you live mate?
Quite regular decent waves at East and West Witterings (Nr. Chichester) especially in the autum/winter. Brighton Marina or Shoreham Hotpipes can work too... But Witterings can be an excellant spot....
Nowhere near as good as Polzeath though!
My dad owns a static caravan in Valley campsite and I'm off to borrow the keys again next weekend, can't wait to get in the swell again!
